The recent National Retail Federation (NRF) 2010 was an exciting event for us, particularly as retailers worldwide came to see our work and successful implementation of Oracle’s Retail Point of Sale Solution for a major apparel retailer in the US. The Store Tour provided clients with a real in-store view of the benefits of tightly integrated store solutions with back office functions.
In addition, the rapid movement towards mobile as a key part of a multichannel experience was very evident at the NRF. The hot topics were true self service, mobile assisted sales using a handheld ‘virtual point-of-sale’ and mobile retail apps. Read more...
